To put status on site:

Open Excel file in AppleWorks
Make some column-width adjustments for better appearance
Frame-grab the appropriate area and save in Components > smart_objects > 
StudentApplicantsStatus.gif and SponsoredStudentsStatus.gif
Open those two HTML pages (so Smart Object reconstitutes)
Save and upload
