Environmental Law and Regulations

I am a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and have the experience you are looking for in environmental law and regulatory matters. 

I have defended a municipal client in a toxic tort action, and intervened in a case challenging state regulation of bio-solids. I have also represented an industrial metal finishing company in extensive negotiations with state and federal regulators regarding hazardous waste management practices. I have prepared legal analyses and permit application materials for a municipal brownfields project, and evaluated the proposed transfer of waste recycling permits as part of a corporate acquisition.  My published articles include such topics as regulatory enforcement policy, stream flow regulations, asbestos abatement and lead contamination.

I graduated from the University of Maine School of Law, Cum Laude, with a faculty award for my legal writing on medical ethics.
