I have the experience and expertise to analyze regulatory requirements and prepare environmental impact statements, wetland permit applications, and zoning board applications for real estate development projects. I can design environmentally sensitive  projects by combining an analysis of existing site conditions, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.  I can also design residential landscape plans and supervise landscape construction contractors.
